What are Benzodiazepines?

Benzodiazepines (a.k.a. benzos or BZD) are a classification of drugs which depress the central nervous system. This classification includes brand name drugs like Valium, Xanax, and Librium. These drugs are sedatives and they relax the body.

Benzo Detox Program

Clients in our benzodiazepines detox program are required to complete medically supervised detox. Detox typically lasts one week and nurses monitor each client to ensure they are safe, healthy, and comfortable. Doctors may prescribe necessary medications during the medical detox process. Clients can relax in their private or semi-private room. They can also explore the grounds or kick back and relax on our beautiful outdoor patio. Cell phones and laptops are allowed in our center, which makes us unique from many other detox facilities. Clients will be able to choose a complete meal program, including our exclusive line of IV vitamins and nutritional supplements. We also encourage our clients to participate in our many holistic treatments that are offered. Mediation, yoga, aromatherapy, massage therapy, and acupuncture are just a few of the many amenities we have for our clients.
